Some of you might know me from S&H (grumpy).... I'm a keen bream fisho, and have thought for a while about getting a kayak,as I have plenty of time on my side, since I'm retired.. I'm also going to buy a hornet trophy 435,so I can do the SABT &ABT.... Looks like a good site, saying it is a new site...Hope it takes off for you all.. ;D ;D ;D

G'day mate. Welcome aboard. Great to have another older gent to give us a bit of a veneer of respectability . However, Gator, doesn't a creek full of juvies show a good healthy system with promise for the future ;D. ( this has been another fishydude fishing analogy). Cheers Mike

We need more Senior Citizens (Says Gator) Us senior citizens have more time to fish, and being retired due to health,I'm LOVING it.......To be able to go fishing when I want..... Cheers guys for the welcome, and I have decided to treat myself with a kayak for xmas. Am talking with Binks marine, Adelaide canoe works, looking at different kayaks,to see which one and make would suit me.......Have about 3k to spend and would love any input from you guys..... ;D ;D

with three G to spend and considering you love (obsession) with breaming, id say go for a hobie outback. Pimp it with a Fishfinder and GPS(so you can find your wau out of the creeks!) and maybe some lights, and you have a bream killing machine!

Hey Rob, You just gave the description of my yak down to a tee ;D.(you've been peaking again ) A bream slayer it is. Grumpy I reckon you'd be very happy with the Outback but I am very bias . They are great at what they do best and that is , let you cast and fish while still move about at the same time. Good luck with you selection. Cheers Darren

im still not getting one (cannot afford one, plus i like the upper body workout) You get that taking it off/putting it on the roof...lol. ;D Besides, if you paddled an Outback you'd get even more of a workout Your logic is flawed young jedi......relax and find your center....remember, the force flows from within Cheers Mike
