One advantage of a local forum is to pool local knowlege on lure performance. One of my mates in Sweden has logged every fish he has caught since the age of eight by location, temperature, moon phase etc. Now that is probably too much but apart from a few people who have posted their favourites, as a group we have not provided much data. Info on how a specific lure worked in the context of water depth, species sought, sun height, water colour, trolled or rod worked would help us improve catches.
Happy to put the info together but what do peple think and what factors do you think that we should collect?

Good idea, bad timing. If Rob agrees some HUGE changes are about to be implemented which would render anything accomplished on this site absolutely useless. If Rob says no I'd be happy for us to make a Lure section and compile an "info template" to fill out when they want to put up information about a lure.

Water_Baby yes, answer = lazy. He's lurking though. Buff, no idea, I haven't spoken to him about it yet.
